Modern hotel located central
Awesome location - 5 min walk to Royal Palace, 7 min to San Miguel markets and 10 min from Plaza Mayor. Central, and surrounded by a lot of well known and local foot places. Room was very clean, and very generous with the toiletries offered/robes/slippers. A very modern, high end hotel to stay in. we had breakfast included which you could choose off a menu (pancakes, Benedict, omelette etc) and also have a spread of colds and juices. Well organised and we were well looked after here. Staff were well presented, some of the best presentation we’ve seen in Europe, and friendly and accomodating. we would highly recommend :)

We loved this place 10/10 pointer
The staff here was the best ever-every single one of them!! It’s amazing how much difference that makes. Our car was broken into in the previous city so we drove 4 hours in a rain storm with no window and a car full of glass. We arrived agitated and the staff just took over, found us a place to get the car fixed first thing in the morning. They were helpful and kind. This is a great place to stay!
